- Practice Setting: Hospital Based
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 5-7 OT, 15-25 Endo
- Locum Tenen Physician be Required to Supervise CRNAs: Yes, care team model, 1:3
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level 3
- Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 15
- Locum Tenens Physician be Responsible for Preparing the Anesthesia Cart: No
- Patient Age Demographic: 12-geriatric
- Description of OR Staff: Collaborative
- Number of Operating Rooms: 9 Main OR, 5 Endo
- Pain Management Procedures: Acute
- Insertion of: Arterial line
- Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues: Yes
- Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional anesthesia
- Thoracic Cases (Except Open Heart), Complex Orthopedic Cases, Complex Vascular Cases (Except Open Heart)
- Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Neurosurgical Cases
