Model: MDs do own cases
Types of Cases: Cardiac, Head spine, neuro, pediatrics, regionals, thoracic

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days - temps available for clean files
Board Certification + Active Missouri license + active DEA/CSR required!
