Locum Anesthesiologist needed in Western NE for a medium size hospital.

Job description

- Case Mix: thoracic, major vas, OB, trauma, pediatrics, neuro, ortho
- 9-10 CRNAs and 4-5 MDs when fully staffed.
- 5 OR's, 1 Ob Suite, and 1 Endo center. Running from 7a-3p, 3 OR's running from 3p-5p.
- CRNAs work autonomously including working doing regionals and OB (doing c-sections) and they work in Trauma, plus they are taking beeper call. Ortho, neuro, and general trauma consists of 5% of total cases.
- 1 CRNA works inhouse for OB and 1 on beeper back up, with 1 MD also on beeper backup every day.
- Doc will do backup beeper call 1:4.
- Credentialing takes 90 days
- EMR is Cerner.
