Location: Middletown, NY
Start Date: December 23, 2024
End Date: Ongoing (6+ months preferred)
Work Schedule: 7AM - 5PM or 7AM - 3PM
Call: Optional (Beeper Call)
Cases: Primarily Cardiac, Rare Neuro Spine/Head, Rare Peds
Credentialing Timeframe: 6 weeks (Temporary Privileges Available)
Supervision Model: Optional CRNA Supervision
EMR: N/A
Pay Rate: $390/hr + Travel & Lodging
