Location: Niagara Falls, NY
Start Date: 4/14/2025
End Date: 12-24 week assignment
Work Schedule:
✔ 8-hour shifts
✔ In-house call not required, weeknight call required, weekend call preferred
Cases: General, Ortho, OB (Emergencies on weekends, 300-360 deliveries per year)
Anesthesia Model: MDs supervise CRNAs (2:1 ratio)
Charting: Paper
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days

Licensing: Active NY license or ability to obtain
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Experience: 1-2 years required (no new grads)
Other: Board Certification not required
