The ideal candidate for the Anesthesia Attending role is a board-certified or board-eligible seeking a balanced and rewarding career in a collegial, team-oriented environment. Should be comfortable with a Level I Trauma center performing challenging cases.

Work in State-of-the-art operating rooms - full range of diagnostic, medical, and surgical services.
• Level I Trauma Center
• 40% of your time doing your cases, 60% of your time medically directing CRNAs and Residents
• Teaching opportunities with regular rotations of residents and medical students.
• Robust EHR used in all areas, including the operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system, top 1% of EPIC Organizations)
• The Anesthesia Department manages the OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday

4-6 Weeks of vacation time
• 5 Personal days per year
• 7 Holidays

Above industry average salary
• $25K Starting Bonus and $25K Retention Bonus after one year
• $15K Quality/Citizenship Bonus available yearly
• Malpractice, medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance
• (403B) with employer match (1/2 of the first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contributions
• Allowance for licensure fees and renewals
• $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that is hired on a full-time basis - $20K if your referral is another Anesthesiologist
• 14 days of meeting time with options for home study
• Annual reimbursement for specialty-specific medical societies
• The successful candidate also has the potential to participate in medical student education.
