Anesthesiology Physician Needed in Dunkirk, NY:
Start Date: Oct 2025 or as soon as possible
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Dates needing coverage: October 6-10, 20-24, November 3-28, December 1-26 -- 7a-3:30p
Shift Details: 8 hour guarantee per day
Work Details:
Patient population/age: adults
Special procedures: Orthopedic blocks is required. No OB. Mix of hands on and supervision, CRNAs work independently on call. MDs don't have to take call but we would like for them to help with weeknights or a weekend if possible. Typical day is 1 MD supervising 4 CRNAs if they flex up rooms or if we can't secure a 4th CRNA - the MD will go into a room until supervision ratio is doable. Surgeons are used to covering the CRNAs if needed.

Board Certification: Req’d
DEA: required.
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days. Must be CLEAN applicants.
Active NY License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
