Schedule: Dates most needed: October 27-31, November 17-21, December 15-19, 22-26, 29-Jan 2—ongoing about 5-10 shifts a month available. Provider must be able to do some of these dates. Scheduled clinical hours 7a-3:30p + weekend Sign up or sign in for contact information is mainly to supervise but do need MDs who can do their own cases. Supervision. Call 1:3. (CRNA is in house, MD is back up pager from hotel) Weekend call starts at 3pm on Friday--Sunday 3pm

· Support staff: 3 MDs, 8 CRNAs

· Hospital bed size: 277
· Skills required: general, endoscopy, OBGYN

Requirements:
· License required: NY
Credentialing Timeframe: done through CVO and can be lengthy, though temps are allowed. Clean files only.
