Start Date: ASAP (60–90 days for credentialing, possible temps)
Schedule: 5x10s | 3–4 weeks/month
Call: None
Cases: Level 1 Trauma, ASC, ENT, healthy peds
Model: 1 MD : 3 CRNAs
Experience: Board Certified only (no BE) | New grads considered with exceptions
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required
EMR: Epic
License: Active NY license required
Pay Rate: $330/hr + T&L (local candidates preferred)
