Good afternoon,

This is Sergio Cayetano with Aya Locums, reaching out with two new Anesthesiology locum opportunities across New York — both offering great pay, flexible schedules, and full travel and malpractice coverage.

Option 1 – Community Hospital in Upstate NY
📅 Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (Mon–Fri + weekend call)
🕒 Call: Fri night–Mon morning; occasional weeknight call preferred
🏥 Facility: Small community hospital | 5 ORs
💉 Case Mix: Urology, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, General Surgery, OB (No hearts or heads)
👩‍⚕️ Model: 50% solo cases / 50% CRNA supervision
📈 Volume: 12–14 cases (slow) | up to 25–28 (full day)
✅ Requirements: BC, ACLS, BLS | Emergency privileges available | 45–60 days credentialing

Option 2 – Hudson Valley Region
📅 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | No call
🏥 Facility: 6 ORs | Collaborative team model
👩‍⚕️ Model: MD supervision (2:1 ratio) | MDs also do own cases
💉 Case Mix: General Anesthesia, Ortho, OB
📅 Duration: 13 weeks, ongoing | 60-day credentialing
✅ Requirements: BC or Fellowship trained | Licensing assistance available
