Schedule: Dates most needed: ( Updated oct 13) December 22-24 and 26. Dec 29,30,31 and Jan 2, ongoing about 5-10 shifts a month available. Provider must be able to do some of these dates. Scheduled clinical hours 7a-3:30p + weekend Sign up or sign in for contact information is mainly to supervise but do need MDs who can do their own cases. Supervision. Call 1:3. (CRNA is in house, MD is back up pager from hotel) Weekend call starts at 3pm on Friday--Sunday 3pm

Credentialing Timeframe: done through CVO and can be lengthy, though temps are allowed. Clean files only.
