Start Date: 12/08/2025 (ASAP, ongoing)
Coverage Type: Scheduled + On-Call Required
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (Mon–Fri with Sat & Sun call coverage)

Some weeknight call preferred

Weekend call: Friday night → Monday morning
Shift Hours: 7a–3p

Emergency privileges available

Standard credentialing: 45–60 days

Urology

Orthopedics

Endoscopy

General Surgery

OB

No hearts, no heads

Case Volume:

Slow day: ~12–14 cases

Full day: ~25–28 cases

Practice Model:

~50% solo cases

~50% CRNA supervision

Board Certified: Required

Licensing: Must already hold an active state license (not willing to license)
