📍 Location: Asheville, NC
🗓️ Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend until W2 hires are secured)
🎓 Board Requirements: BE/BC (NC license required)

💼 Assignment Details:
Case Mix: Busy OB, trauma, stroke center, vascular, neuro, ortho, urology
Case Volumes: ~10–15 CV cases/day | 3,500–4,000 general cases/month
Special Procedures: General, Ortho, Endo, Urology, GYN, Robotics, Neuro/Spine
Exclusions: No craniotomies or transplants (dedicated trauma/cardiac teams)
Shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s (No call required)
Support Staff: Care Team Model (1 MD:3–4 CRNAs) + Anesthesia Techs
EMR: Cerner & AIMS
Procedures Required: Must perform peripheral nerve blocks
