Assignment Details
6-month assignment (possible extension)
Hospital setting
Shifts: 10–12 hours, Monday–Friday
No call, no weekends
Active NC license required
Minimum experience: 2+ years

Case Mix:
Cardiac, thoracic & vascular
TAVR
CABG
MitraClip
Approx. 10–15 CV cases/day
Approx. 3,500–4,000 general cases/month
Model / Staffing
Care team model (mostly supervisory)
MDs may run their own cases
Typical ratios: 1 MD : 3–4 CRNAs

Other Details:
EMR: Cerner + AIMS
Credentialing: 60–90 days
Temps: Not guaranteed
Travel/Lodging: Reimbursed with receipts (no stipend)
Local candidates preferred

Compensation:
$440/hr + Travel & Lodging
