• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details:
o June 10th – 13th
o June 23rd – 26th
o June 30th – July 3rd
o July forward TBD
• Schedule: (7:30a to 3:30p)
• Amount of coverage needed: Full-time 40 hours/week, call 1:5
• Types of Cases: Blocks, Lumber Punctures, and Intubation are required. No Heart, No Neuro, No pain Management. 50% of Cases are Ortho, 25% OB/GYN, 25% Eye procedures
• Practice Details: Full-scope practice, independent work, Supportive administrative team
• Facility Details: 25-bed hospital with a 4-bed open ICU offering a range of services
• EMR: Meditech
• Required: Board Certified, Active ND license or IMLC, DEA/CSR, BLS/ACLS, PALS, 1 year of experience
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
