Facility in Dayton, OH seeking Anesthesiology locums coverage Rates: $375/hr hourly Night call $400 and $425/hr call back 24 hours call $2000 Position Highlights: Start Date: July 1, 2025 Assignment Duration: Ongoing until full-time providers are hired Shift Schedule: Minimum 2 weeks/month; open to 1–2 weeks on/off or full-time Call Requirement: Night/weekend call optional; minimal callback Shifts per Month: Approx. 40 On-Call Response Time: 30 minutes Facility Details: Location: Dayton, OH Trauma Level: I Beds: 1,100 EMR: Epic Practice Model: Supervision Procedures: Ortho, spine, urology, plastics, general surgery, GYN, pediatrics (10%) No OB cases Average Case Volume: 4–15/day per provider Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology – REQUIRED Active Ohio Medical License – REQUIRED DEA – REQUIRED ACLS/PALS preferred Peripheral Nerve Blocks – TBD for CRNAs Minimum of 1 year of experience – REQUIRED
