$350 Anesthesiologist Needed – Medina, Ohio

General Information:
Location: Medina, OH
Start Date: December 8, 2025
End Date: May 29, 2026 (ongoing opportunity)
Assignment Length: PRN to start, potential for 1–2 weeks/month
Setting: Outpatient Dental / Ambulatory Surgery Center

Schedule: Flexible; cases can be scheduled around provider availability
Start Time: 7:00 a.m. (8-hour guarantee)
Call: None
Credentialing: 30–60 days
Compensation: $350/hr + mileage

Case Types:
Pediatric and adult dental, cosmetic, and special needs cases (predominantly nasal intubation)
Average Cases: 2–3 per day
Charting: Paper

Requirements:
License: Active Ohio license preferred
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Board Status: BC/BE in Anesthesiology
Experience: 1–2 years, solo practice experience required
