Start Date: ASAP (60-day credentialing)
End Date: Ongoing
Work Schedule:
✔ Monday to Friday
✔ 8 or 10-hour shifts
✔ Very busy patient volume
Cases: General, MAC, Regional, Post-op blocks (extremities & TAP blocks)
Ages: Adults
Anesthesia Model: Directed
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
