Job description

Specialty: BC or BE ANES
Number of MD's needed: 1 FT; will accept multiple to get FT
Start Date: May 1 (temps available)
Length of Commitment: 6 month minimum

Work Schedule:
T & W 8s: 7a-3:30p
Th & F 12s: 7a-7:30p
Call: no

Skills: Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, Peds, Thoracic
Case Types: General Surgery, Urology, Plastics, Orthopaedics, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, Endoscopy
Ages of patients? Adults and healthy peds

Ratio of MDs to CRNAs? 1:3 or 1:4 CRNA supervision
Anesthesia Model: care team; will be required to supervise APP’s

EMR: Epic
Certifications Required? PALS, BLS, ACLS, ABLS, ATLS,
State License? PA or IMLC

Cred’g / Priv’g timeframe: 90-120 days;
Decision-Making Process? Name clear, present, PIV, etc
Hourly Pay Rate / Range: BID - tell us what you need
