ANESTHESIOLOGIST NEEDED - Altoona PA

Start Date: As soon as privs granted, asap
End Date: on-going
Length of Commitment: 3 month minimum
Work Schedule: Full Time: M-F 6:30a – 3:30p
Call: no
Case Types: “Our diverse anes group care for a broad variety of cases, including all major adult subspecialties”
Supervising and hands-on provider needed
Gen Surg, GI, Basic peds, Neuro, OB, Trauma (level 3), Ortho, urology

*12 ORs and 15-16 Anes locations
*Intensivists run codes
*Support: 24/7 Intensivist (CC) & Neuro
*21 CRNAs & 8 MDs in Practice
Average # of cases / patients per shift? ***TBD***
Ages of patients? Adults (90%) / Peds (10%)
Ratio of MDs to CRNAs? 21 CRNAs / 8 MDs in Practice
Anesthesia Model: Directed
Can you accept Board Eligible? BC/BE
EMR: yes, Cerner
Certifications Required? ACLS, BLS, PALS
State license? PA or IMLC at time of presentation
Cred’g / Priv’g timeframe: 90 days

Hourly Pay: $375 + T&L
Medical malpractice Insurance provided with tail coverage
