Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 12 weeks; flexible
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:45a-3:15p (or until last case is finished)
Job details: Bread and Butter General Anesthesia; ENT, GYN, OB (only at DuBois), plastics, endo, urology, ortho, vascular, neuro and thoracic

PA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
