Position Overview
A 131-bed Pennsylvania hospital with an affiliated state-of-the-art ASC is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist. This role includes a mix of 8-, 10-, and 24-hour shifts, weekday call from home, and 100% CRNA medical direction.

Schedule & Coverage
Shift Options:
8 hours (7a–3p)
10 hours (7a–5p)
24 hours (7a–7a)
Call: Weekday call (Mon–Thurs), taken from home
No Friday call
Hours: Monday–Friday daytime
Credentialing: ~60–90 days

Work Details
Team Structure:
9 physicians
20 CRNAs (24-hour in-house coverage)
Model: 100% CRNA medical direction
EMR: EPIC

Facilities:
13 ORs
1 hybrid OR
2 cath labs
ASC supervision as needed

Case Mix
Bariatric, breast, general, gyn, orthopedic, plastics, and more
Regional anesthesia experience required
High orthopedic volume
Patient Age: 12 months and up

Volume:
600 surgical cases/month
40 endo cases/month
~700 deliveries/year
Requirements
Board Certification in Anesthesiology
PA medical license (IMLC accepted; willing to license)
