Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PRN or Part Time Anesthesiologist to provide anesthesia coverage for outpatient Bio-Restorative based Orthopedic procedures on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, patient focused clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia services for outpatient bio-restorative orthopedic medicine procedures.
Assist with pre-anesthesia assessments and determine appropriate anesthesia plans.
Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Oversee recovery and post-anesthesia evaluation as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to support safe and efficient operations.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
Adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and practice safety protocols.

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with board certification in Anesthesiology.
Active, unrestricted Tennessee medical license.
Current DEA registration.
Minimum 3 years of anesthesia experience (outpatient or surgical center preferred).
BLS and ACLS certification required. PALS optional
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Schedule:
Status: PRN / 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Variable, based on case load and scheduling needs (advance notice provided).
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
