Work Schedule:
Site 1 Shifts:
May 12-16 (7a-3p) May 19-23 (7a-3p) May 26-30 (7a-3p) June 2-6 (7a-3p) June 9-13 (7a-3p) June 16-20 (7a-3p) June 23-27 (7a-3p) June 30-July 4 (7a-3p)
Site 1 Call:
Weeknight call required every night May 12-16, June 2-6, June 23-27 Weeknight call required May 20 & 22, May 26 & 28 & 30, June 10 & 12, June 16 & 18 & 20, July 1 & 3 24-hr weekend call available May 17-18, June 7-8, June 21-22, June 28-29

Site 2 Shifts:
June 2-6 (7a-3p) June 9-13 (7a-5p) June 16-20 (7a-3p) June 30-July 4 (7a-3p) July 21-25 (7a-5p) July 28-Aug 1 (7a-3p) Aug 4-8 (7a-5p) Aug 11-15 (7a-3p) Aug 25-29 (7a-3p)
Site 2 Call:
Weeknight call available 5p-7a June 9-13, July 21-25, Aug 4-8 (not required) 24-hr weekend call available June 7-8, June 21-22, July 5-6, July 19-20, Aug 2-3, Aug 15 & 17, Aug 30-31

Call: Varies by site/week (some required, some optional; see schedule)
Cases:
Site 1: OB, CV, Urology, Ortho, Trauma, Neuro (all ages, limited peds, Level 2 Trauma)
Site 2: Bread & Butter General Surgery only (all ages, some peds)
Anesthesia Model: MDs mainly do own cases; some CRNA supervision required
Support Staff: CRNAs available
EMR: Not specified
Credentialing Timeframe: Within 30 days

Pay Rate: $300-$315/hr with travel & lodging stipends ($150/workday including day before/after; mileage reimbursement & lodging optional)
