Locum Anesthesiologist needed in West Texas starting summer 2025 ongoing!

Job description

Staffing/Facility Details:
· CRNAs Used Daily #: 7
· MDs Used Daily #: 3-4
· Staffing Model: Care Team Model
· Practice Setting: Supervision
· Additional Notes: CRNAs work at Hospital and surgery center; typically, 2 MDs work at main hospital and 1 MD works at surgery center

Case Information:
· Case Types: CRNAs: Ortho, Urology, GI, General, Bariatric, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, Total Joints, Cath Lab, start Arterial Lines, and infrequent Central Lines. MDs (hospital): Hearts (bypass, TAVRs, cardiothoracic) and Nerve Blocks.

Scheduling:
· Shift types available: 5x8
· Average Work Hours: 7:00-3:00
· Holiday Schedules: Closed on major holidays
· Additional Notes: Hours during Q4 can run longer than usual (40+ hours per week)
· No call

Credentialing:
· Credentialing Time Frame: 90 Days
· Temps Available: No but can request temps with clean file.
· Additional Notes: Temps are not always available but sometimes can be on a case-by-case basis
· Charting Method: Paper
