A level III trauma center is seeking a cardiac anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.

Eastern Texas is known for it's towering trees, beautiful azalea flowers, and is referred to as the Piney Woods region!
About the clinician's workday
The cardiac anesthesiologist will work 5x8s and need to work in the call rotation (1:3). The cases that can be expected for the cardiac position are a mix of Cardiac, EP, thoracic, and cardiology cases, sometimes all in one day. There will be straightforward hearts that require TEE (do not have to have TEE cert); however, they need to be able to competently perform and interpret intra-op TEEs.
