Option 1 – General Anesthesia
📅 Start Date: January 2026
🕒 Schedule: 1:6 call rotation with pre & post call off (in-house 3P–7A)
💉 Case Mix: General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, GYN, Plastic Surgery, Neuro, Radiology, ENT
👩‍⚕️ Team Structure: 8 Anesthesiologists & 18 CRNAs | Daily Staffing: 4 MDs (3 General, 1 CV) & 14 CRNAs

Option 2 – Cardiovascular Anesthesia
📅 Start Date: January 2026
📞 Coverage Type: Call Only
❤️ Focus: CABGs, Valves, Cath Lab, and TAVRs (Anesthesiologist performs all CV cases)
👩‍⚕️ Team Structure: Same collaborative model – 8 Anesthesiologists & 18 CRNAs | Daily Staffing: 4 MDs (3 General, 1 CV) & 14 CRNAs
