Aya Locums is seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide both short-term and ongoing coverage at a high-acuity medical facility in Texas. This role offers flexible scheduling options, diverse case exposure, and the chance to collaborate with a skilled anesthesia care team in a dynamic surgical environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: Jan 2026
• Schedule:
o Full-time
o Call Rotation:
 A Week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday–Sunday
 B Week: Tuesday, Thursday
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45–60 days for temporary privileges (clean file)

Work Details
• Support Staff: Collaborative team of CRNAs and surgical providers; when on call, the anesthesiologist supervises CRNAs until 11 p.m., then continues solo coverage until 7 a.m.
• Case Mix: Neuro, General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, and Trauma (designated trauma team)

• Setting: Hospital-based; operating room coverage with rotating call schedule

Requirements
• Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology
• License: Active Texas license preferred (IMLC candidates considered)
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
