Anesthesiologists Needed in TX

Start Date: January 1, 2026
Duration: Ongoing (initial 3–6 month commitment preferred; may extend beyond 6 months)

Position Details

Facility Type: Level II Trauma Hospital

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Call: 1:6 rotation

In-house call from 5:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Pre- and post-call days off

In-house CRNA also on call, with one CRNA on backup

Case Mix

General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, GYN, Plastic Surgery, Neuro, Radiology, and ENT

Team Structure

Daily Ratio: 4 Anesthesiologists supervising 14 CRNAs

Total Team: 8 Anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs

Model: Supervision

Requirements

Licensure: Active Texas Medical License

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (required)

Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred (TBD)

EMR: TBD

Credentialing Timeframe: Within 8 weeks

Compensation

Regular Hourly Rate: $330/hr + travel & lodging

Callback/Overtime Rate: $355/hr

Holiday Rate (January 1): $355/hr

In-House Weeknight Call (5 p.m.–7 a.m.): $330/hr (max)

Travel & Lodging:
Client provides mileage reimbursement or rental car, lodging, and one roundtrip flight if needed.
