$400 + Cardiac Anesthesiologist Needed – Fort Worth, TX

Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Commitment: 3-month minimum preferred (will consider less)
Schedule: Mon–Fri | Mix of 8s / 10s / 12s
Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours/week
Call: Nights & weekends required (post-day call off)
1 General + 1 Cardiac on call
Home call
If on 1st call, handle general cases unless a cardiac case comes in

Coverage Need:
2 weeks per month up to full-time
If availability is less than full-time, must provide exact dates for each month

Case Mix (Cardiac-Focused):
High-volume cardiac program including:
CABG, Valves, TAVRs
Open Hearts
Mitral Clips, Watchman
TEEs, Cardioversions
EP, LVAD
Patients: Adults only
Anesthesia Model: Care Team (CRNA in every room)
Ratio: Up to 1:4
EMR: Epic
New Grads: Accepted

Compensation:
$420/hr + Travel & Lodging
Roundtrip flights for each 2-week stint
Rental car + lodging provided

Requirements:
MD/DO – Anesthesiology
TEE Certification – REQUIRED

ACLS – REQUIRED
Active Texas license preferred
Comfortable with high-acuity cardiac cases
Night/weekend call required
Clean file for credentialing
Able to work at least 2 weeks/month (dates required)

Approx. 90 days
