Anesthesiology Opportunities in Metro Texas Locations - Austin & Dallas-Fort Worth!!

1) Austin, TX – MD (Pediatric Dental)
Case mix: Pediatric Dental
Employment: W2, 0.6–1.0 FTE

2) Dallas–Fort Worth, TX – MD (Pediatric Dental + OBA)
Case mix: Pediatric Dental (minimum ~3 days/week), with exposure to adult dental and multi-specialty office-based settings (GI, ENT, gynecology/fertility, plastics)
Employment: W2, 0.6–1.0 FTE

Schedule & Practice Model
Cases typically begin between 7:00–8:00 AM
Most days conclude between 3:00–5:00 PM
Fully independent, office-based anesthesia model (no ASC or hospital work)
Schedule flexibility available—happy to align to provider preferences where possible
No call, no overnights

Clinical Setup
Equipment is on-site and/or supported by anesthesia tech team
RN on-site to support as a second set of hands in the OBA setting

Malpractice Coverage (W2 Providers)
Claims-made policy
Providers secure their own coverage (Company has a relationship with MedPro)
Reimbursement up to $8,000 annually (prorated by FTE)
Tail coverage required depending on selected policy
Standard limits: $1M / $3M

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation varies by location and FTE (0.6–1.0)
Comprehensive W2 package includes:
6 weeks PTO (negotiable up to 7 weeks) + 7 holidays
Health, vision, and dental insurance

Additional Incentives
Retention bonus available
Finalized after initial screening and tied to overall contract structure
Determined in partnership with Finance and Operations

Patient Population
Predominantly healthy pediatric patients (ages 5–17) for dental procedures (extractions, fillings)
Adult cases primarily ASA I across supported specialties
