This busy Level 3 Trauma center provides comprehensive surgical services requiring anesthesiologist coverage. The facility maintains established protocols to support quality patient care delivery across multiple surgical specialties excluding cardiac and trauma procedures.

About the clinician's workday

The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 8 or 10 hour day shifts managing Bread and Butter, General, and Regional procedures with pediatric cases preferred but not required. The clinician will supervise CRNA staff with mostly supervisory duties and occasional solo work. The position excludes cardiac and trauma cases and requires 3 weeks per month commitment with negotiable call requirements.
