About the facility

This inpatient facility operates as a Level II facility functioning at Level I trauma center capacity and supports a large tertiary surgical program, including Obstetric coverage and dedicated Cardiovascular call support. The facility utilizes a care team model with CRNA support and maintains the clinical infrastructure necessary to deliver anesthesia services across multiple operating rooms. Five general full-time physician positions are available with a start date of November 1, 2026.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a care team supervision model during day shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in Texas, with a schedule consisting of a mix of on-site, restricted call, and unrestricted daily call including weekends. On-site responsibilities include supervising 1 to 3 ORs with CRNA support under the care team model. The surgical case mix encompasses a large tertiary surgical program with Obstetric coverage and dedicated Cardiovascular call support. Board certification in Anesthesiology is negotiable, and relevant experience is preferred; applications from candidates at varying experience levels will be considered.
