Anesthesiology Physician Needed in Salt Lake City, UT:
Start Date: Jan 2026
Contract Length: 6 months ongoing
Coverage Type: 2 providers per location, Monday – Friday,
No call
hospital-based GI outpatient center or GI outpatient clinic
Comfortable with both MAC and General Anesthesia
1 year minimum experience
clean background
Board Certified

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
Active UT License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
