Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 1 week minimum per month
Call: No call, no weekends

Description:
A Salt Lake City academic anesthesia department is seeking an Anesthesiologist to cover GI procedures in an ambulatory setting. Providers will work 2 rooms, with 1 MD per room each day, managing 6–12 cases/day. Support staff is typical for GI ambulatory procedures. Both MAC and general anesthesia experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Provide anesthesia care for GI procedures

Ensure safe induction, maintenance, and emergence

Collaborate with GI staff in a fast-paced academic environment

Utilize Epic EMR for documentation


Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

Minimum 1 year of post-residency experience

Active Utah medical license required

Clean background

This role is ideal for providers seeking daytime shifts, no call, and a focused procedural environment.
