Anesthesiologist – GI Suite Coverage (Utah)

Job description

Overview:
Seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide GI-focused coverage in an ambulatory environment. This assignment offers steady weekday hours, no call, and a predictable case mix.

Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:30p
Commitment: Minimum of 1 week per month
Call: None
Rooms: 2 rooms per day, 1 MD assigned to each
Case Volume: 6–12 cases per day
Case Types: GI procedures requiring MAC and General Anesthesia
Support Staff: Standard GI ambulatory team
Setting: Academic anesthesia department
EMR: Epic

Requirements:
Must hold an active Utah medical license
Clean background
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility (no local providers)
