Job description

Location: Suffolk, VA
Start Date: May 6, 2025
End Date: 12-week assignment with potential extension
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Call: Weeknight and weekend on-call (pager) required
Cases: General, Orthopedics, GYN
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
EMR: Epic
Supervision Model: MDs do their own cases (No CRNA supervision)
Anesthesia Rooms: 2
Pay Rate: $350/hr + Travel & Lodging

Licensing: Active VA license required (No licensing candidates accepted)
Certifications: Board Certification required
Other: ECFMG and FLEX required if applicable
