🔹 Full-Time Anesthesiologist Opportunity – 3 Dynamic Sites | Flexible Scheduling | Virginia

Job description

Start Date: October 27, 2025
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 50 hrs/week (5x10s, 7a–5p)
Call: 1 shift per 8-week block | Open to weekend/night-only availability
Contract Length: 26 weeks (with potential to extend)
Location: Virginia (credentialed at 3 nearby sites)

• Flexible Options – Will consider providers open to nights, weekends, or call-only
• Broad Case Mix – OB, trauma, thoracic, healthy peds, ortho, endo, IR & more
• Collaborative Team Setting – 1:3 medical direction model, some solo cases required

🏥 Practice Overview:
• Medical Direction model (1 MD to 3 CRNAs)
• CRNAs perform general cases, spinals, and epidurals (no peripheral blocks)
• MDs must be willing to do blocks and solo cases when needed
• 3 sites total: outpatient, trauma-level, and community hospital coverage
• All providers will be credentialed across all locations

✅ Requirements:
• Board Certification required
• Active VA license highly preferred at time of submission
• AHA Certifications: BLS & ACLS
• Must be able to work full-time (50 hrs/week)
• Credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days
