We have a Anesthesiology locum opportunity available in Fredericksburg, VA, starting October 27, 2025. This role offers full-time 50 hrs/week, and rotating coverage across 3 clinical sites. See full details below:

📍 Location: Fredericksburg, VA
🗓️ Start Date: October 27, 2025
⏳ Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
🛏️ Travel/Lodging: Covered

🕐 Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 7:00a–5:00p (50 hrs/week)
• Weekend availability is a plus
• 12-hour call blocks (7a–7p / 7p–7a)

🏥 Practice Details:
• Practice Model: Medical Direction – 1:3 MDA:CRNA
• MDs must be willing to do solo cases
• Sites include:
• Mary Washington Hospital (Level II Trauma Center) – 16 ORs, 2 OBs, 8 Endos
• Stafford Hospital – 6 ORs, heavy OB, smaller team
• Fredericksburg Ambulatory Surgery Center – Fast-turnover, outpatient, healthy peds
• MDs should be able to perform blocks (preferred but not a dealbreaker)
• Epic EMR

🧪 Case Mix Includes:
• Ortho, OB, Endo, General, Thoracic
• Healthy Peds (ENT, dental)
• Organ harvests (no transplants)
• Trauma (at MWH site only)

✅ Requirements:
• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Active VA License preferred at time of submittal
• AHA Certifications required
• Must be able to float to all 3 sites
