Job & Facility Description:
A Health Care System in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join their care team. This is a medical direction model with a 1:3 MD-to-CRNA ratio; however, MDs must be comfortable doing solo cases when needed (non-negotiable). CRNAs practice under general privileges only, with limited regionals (spinals/epidurals).

You’ll rotate between three facilities. Facilities include 16 ORs, OB suites, 8 endo rooms, IR, ED, and cath holding. Epic EMR is used across all locations.

Shifts may include 12-hour blocks (7a–7p, 7p–7a) for night and weekend calls.

Requirements:

Active VA medical license

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

Must be willing to take solo cases

Regional block skills preferred but not required
