Full-Time | Medical Direction Model | 3-Site Coverage | 50 hrs/week

Position Highlights
• Practice Model: Medical Direction (1:3 supervision ratio)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 50 hours/week
• Call: 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a), weekend availability preferred
• Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (90–120 days)
• Credentialing: Provider will be credentialed at all three facilities

Responsibilities
• Supervise CRNAs (spinals and epidurals only)
• Perform solo cases when needed (required)
• Regional blocks required at Ambulatory Surgery Center (preferred but not required at other sites)

Case Types
• General Anesthesia, OB (heavy OB at Stafford), Ortho, Endo, Thoracic
• Healthy Pediatrics (ENT, dental, etc.)
• Trauma (Level II), Organ Harvest, Cath Lab, IR
• No transplants

Facilities Overview
MWH (Level II Trauma Center)
• 16 ORs, 2 OB, 8 Endo, ED, IR, Cath Holding
• 24/7 coverage with in-house call structure
• EMR: Epic
F ASC
• M–F only, no weekends
• 6 ORs | Outpatient cases with quick turnover
• Healthy peds, ortho, general
• Blocks required for MDs
SH
• Smaller hospital 8 miles from MWH
• 6 ORs, 1 OB, 1 Endo
• Heavy OB volume
• Critical cases transferred to MWH

Staffing Model
• CRNA and Anesthesiologist team-based care
• CRNAs do not perform blocks (only spinals and epidurals)
• Full credentialing across all 3 sites

Requirements
• Board-Certified Anesthesiologist
• Active VA license or IMLC eligibility
• Must be comfortable working solo
• Regional block experience required at ASC
