Shift & Schedule Details:
8.5 to 10-hour shifts + in-house call
Monday–Friday:
7:00 AM–5:00 PM
7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Must be willing to take in-house call

Patient Population:
Adults only
High-acuity cases (ASA 1–5)

Department Description:
Case mix includes: General, Cath Lab, Spine, Ortho, Endo, Plastics, GYN
Fast-paced environment
CRNAs are typically NOT assigned to Pediatrics, OB, or Trauma during the day
Providers should have a broad scope of practice and be able to perform their own spinals

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
State License: Required (Exceptional providers may be considered without active license)
DEA: Required
In-house call required
Minimum Experience: Strong skill set and comfort with high-acuity cases

Credentialing Timeframe:
Approximately 90 days
Temporary privileges may be available
