ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2847158
• Location: West Virginia
• Target Start: Late June
• Length of commitment: 6-12 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: 8’s, 10’s
• Schedule: 7am until cases are completed for the day
• Call Coverage Details: possible call coverage but not guaranteed
• Support staff: Other Anes MD’s and CRNA’s
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time
• Patients per day: varies and is based on the location they are covering
• Patient population/age: all ages
• Department description: Multiple locations; will float between the 3, possibly different sites weekly
o Level 1 trauma center- 845 beds, Level 1 trauma center– 120 beds, 1 trauma center- 48 beds in its pediatric inpatient unit, a 32-bed Level III NICU, a 6-bed Level I PICU, and a 4-bed Intermediate Care Unit
• EMR: Cerner
• Special procedures: Full spectrum of surgical procedures. The only transplant procedures performed are Kidney. (No liver, heart, etc.) OB and peds are a focus
• Skills required: OB, supervision 4/1, epidurals are performed individually
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active WV License ** Will Licenses if qualify for Temp, ACLS, BLS, DEA
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
