Locums Pediatric Anesthesiology - Charleston, WV

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist (or General Anesthesiologist with strong Peds experience) for long-term locums coverage in Charleston, West Virginia.

Assignment Overview
- Specialty: Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Location: Charleston, WV
- Start Date: June 1, 2026
- Contract Length: June–December 2026
- Limited coverage may be needed prior to June

Schedule & Shifts:
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Shift Length: Mostly 10-hour shifts
- Occasional 8s or 12s (12s not guaranteed)

Practice Setting:
- Hospital-based practice
- EMR: Epic
- Must be comfortable supervising CRNAs

Pediatric focus with additional exposure to OB and/or Cardiac preferred

Patient Population:
- Pediatric primary focus
- Case volume varies by site

Requirements:
- Board Certified (ABA)
- Active West Virginia medical license
- DEA & CSR required
- BLS & ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Pediatric Anesthesia

Credentialing:
-Estimated timeframe: 60–90 days
