Potentially Long Term Anesthesiologist Needed in Wisconsin

Start Date: As soon as Credentialed
Contract Length: 12 Months, ongoing
Shift Details: 7-3, 3-11, Overnight Call Option
Schedule: M-F. FT Coverage needed, but will consider providers with consistent PT availability.
Work Details:
• Support Staff: Medically Directed team care model - CRNA’s and Anesthesia Techs
• Patients per day: 6-12
• Patient Population/Age: All Ages
• Department Description: Will supervise all different types of cases - Neuro, Ortho, GYN, Urology, ENT, Vascular, GI, etc. Busy Community Practice. Level 2 Trauma.
• EMR: Epic
• Skills Required: Good communication in team environment. This is a medically directed care model. Provider will be responsible for supervising CRNA’s.

Requirements:
• Board Certification: ABA required
• License Required: WI license required.
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years experience
