Schedule:
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-call optional
Board Certification Required: Yes – Anesthesiology (ABA)
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Patient Population: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: CRNAs and Anesthesia Techs
Credentialing Timeframe: Not specified

Procedures Include:
Medically directed care team model
Supervision of CRNAs (up to 3 rooms)
Wide range of surgical cases: Neurosurgery, Urology, GYN, Orthopedics, Podiatry, ENT, Plastics, General & Trauma Surgery, Ophthalmology
No cardiac cases required; OB optional
