Sept 25 - Oct 3, 7a-7a
Nov 25 - Dec 2, 7a-7a
Dec 23 - Jan 3, 7a-7a
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift:
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Cerner
· Skills required: Endoscopic vein harvesting, rounding with the Surgeon, RNFA is preferred
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes (NP-C)
· License required: Active AL license or compact license
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
