Locum APP needed for Cardiovascular ICU
Job description
Location: NC
Rate: Hourly, expenses covered
LOA: Jan-June 2026
Lic: NC license, DEA in NC or moveable
Certs: 2 year's ICU experience, CVICU preferred experience, ACLS, BLS
Schedule: Days 630a-7p, Nights 630p-7a. Need 84 hours covered every 2 weeks.
Other info: • 16-bed state of the art Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
• Established team with high quality 5 academic intensivists and 6 advanced practice providers
• BLS and ACLS are required
• Ability to perform procedures including:
o Arterial Lines
o Central venous Lines/Dialysis Catheter
o Chest Tube Insertion
o Thoracentesis
o Intra – Aortic Balloon Pump removal
o Transvenous pacer/Swan Ganz placement
o Bronchoscopy
o Pacing wire removal
o Chest tube removal
o Feeding tube placement
