🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
💲 Salary: $127,164 – $200,790/year (plus shift differentials & overtime)

Qualifications
✅ Master’s in Nursing (Required)
✅ Active CA RN License + BLS (AHA)
✅ Specialty certification (within 3 years)
✅ 3+ years in cardiac ICU or related care
✅ Proficiency in cardiac monitoring & advanced therapies
✅ Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead cardiac care and support multidisciplinary teams
✅ Manage and educate on advanced therapies (ECMO, Impella, IABP)
✅ Develop patient care plans and perform cardiac assessments
✅ Interpret test results and ensure regulatory compliance
✅ Educate staff, patients, and families
