Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a weekend day shift assignment. The technologist will assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, patient preparation, imaging equipment operation, and post-procedure care in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment.

Schedule
Friday – Sunday
Day Shift
7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
36 Hour Guarantee
No Call Required
Every Weekend

Core Responsibilities
Patient & Procedure Support
Assist with prepping patients for procedures
Perform sterile tray setup
Support post-cath patient care
Assist with procedure room cleanup
Imaging & Equipment Operation
Manipulate Cath Lab imaging equipment
Set appropriate radiographic techniques for optimal image quality
Operate radiographic generators and imaging systems

Technical Duties
Operate electronic monitoring equipment including:
Cardiac output computers
Oxygen saturation equipment
Hemodynamic monitoring systems
Pacemakers
Perform oxygen saturation studies
Conduct cardiac output measurements

Requirements
Required
Cath Lab Technologist experience
Active ARRT Certification
Active AHA BLS Certification
Active AHA ACLS Certification
Current Cath Lab skills checklist (within 1 year)
Two supervisory references completed within the last two years
